Orders are typically processed within 1â2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For bulk or freight orders, shipping quotes are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for a custom freight quote on large orders.
All hazardous materials are packaged and shipped in compliance with applicable regulations, including proper labeling, documentation, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Certain hazardous materials may have shipping restrictions to specific states or regions.
For orders requiring palletized or freight shipping (typically orders over 150 lbs or large volumes), we work with trusted LTL and full truckload carriers. Freight orders require a valid commercial address for delivery. Residential freight deliveries may incur additional fees. Please contact us directly for bulk pricing and freight quotes.
Local pickup is available at our Pittsburgh facility. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout and allow at least 24 hours for order preparation. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for freight or hazardous material orders. Some products may have additional state-specific shipping restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during or after checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage.
