Returns & Refunds Policy

At RightPath Industries, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy for information on returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
• The product must not have been used, mixed, diluted, or altered in any way
• The product must not be expired or past its recommended shelf life

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, unsealed, or partially used products
• Custom-mixed or specially ordered products
• Products classified as hazardous materials that have been shipped (due to DOT regulations)
• Products that have been improperly stored or contaminated after delivery
• Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@rightpathind.com with your order number and reason for the return
2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
4. Ship the product to the address provided with your RMA approval

Please do not return products without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect product, defective item, or shipping damage).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy. Custom or specially ordered products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
