Please do not return products without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5â10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect product, defective item, or shipping damage).
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy. Custom or specially ordered products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
