Acetone CAS 67-64-1
Acetone is a good solvent for many plastics and some synthetic fibers. It is used for thinning polyester resin, cleaning tools used with it, and dissolving two-part epoxies and superglue before they harden. It is used as one of the volatile components of some paints and varnishes. It i also commonly used in the laboratory as a cleaning solvent and for various analytical methods. We current offer ACS grade Acetone, HPLC Grade Acetone, Distilled in glass grade Acetone as well as regular production grade acetone in drums.
